A: We highly recommend that you obtain a sample to evaluate. We are highly confident in our products. Kindly provide us your requirement details, usually, we provide free sample if we have it in stock. Otherwise, a regular sample could be arranged within 5 to 7 days. A material fee will be charged for fully customized samples. In all this cases, shipping fee is collected.
Q3: What is your lead time? Can we receive the goods on time?
A: That depends on the products you ordered. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days for FRP sheets and wall panel sheets to be delivered. 3 to 5 weeks for composite boards.

Q5: What is the payment terms?
A: 30% T/T as a deposit, balance to be paid before shipment is arranged. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
